Serene hotel, the staff were very caring, exceptional service. Bed was fine and the room was well-kept. The staff did all they can for a terrific stay. Lovely garden and amazing pool. The location was top, adjacent to the amazing beach.

The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the provided breakfast was freshly prepared. Personnel was unfailingly friendly. Idyllic view of volcano. It had Wi-Fi, coffee and 2 TVs, enjoyed that. Astonishing beach was located adjacent to the venue. Impressive location - around 15 min walk to the metro. Had soft beers and cocktails in the sky bar.

We really enjoyed this place, everything was really good.

Really unforgettable stay, as always. Spotless and unusual place, well-trained staff. Prime location: 5 mins walk from the metro station. The room was more than regular double and included a marble-lined bathroom. The breakfast was tasty with variety of options. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was personalised.
