We loved the location of the hotel in the very pleasant Polanco neighborhood, right next to the Auditorio Natcional. It is also surrounded by other hotels, making it a great area to stay in. The beautiful Chapultepec park is just on the other side of the hotel, giving us a lovely view. Everything in the Polanco area was easily accessible and within walking distance. The staff at the hotel, from the friendly and helpful concierge to the attentive waiters, made our stay memorable. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was top-notch.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location in the Polanco neighborhood was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and just a short walk away from the Anthropology Museum and Chapultepec park. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly loved the cleanliness of our spacious room. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from the friendly check-in experience to the helpful concierge who provided excellent recommendations for activities. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel provided free wifi and early check-in as a perk for Genius members.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were pleased with the ample parking available, and the transportation options around this beautiful neighborhood were convenient. The hotel's location in a nice neighborhood with Chapultepec park on the other side was a definite plus. We found it to be near a few attractions, making it easy for us to explore. The breakfast options were delicious and of high quality. The staff were friendly, courteous, and provided exceptional service throughout our stay.
