Parking was convenient and transportation options were easily accessible. The location in the Polanco area was perfect, close to downtown and in a nice neighborhood. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff provided great service.

The check-in process was a breeze, making it easy for me to settle in quickly. The room I stayed in was absolutely fabulous, boasting stunning views of the city that were so breathtaking I never bothered to close the curtains. The lobby had a super modern and chic atmosphere that added to the overall experience. I have to give a shout out to Rogelio, one of the hotel staff members, who went above and beyond to assist me. He was incredibly sweet, helped with my luggage, escorted me to my room, and made sure all my questions were answered. What truly impressed me was that he even remembered my name throughout my stay. It was an excellent touch that made me feel valued as a guest. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and would love to return in the future.
